3 Month Group (minimum of 5 - maximum of 12 people) Professional and Coaching Package Includes:

• 1 - 60 Minute call for purpose of orientation and completion of the contract(s) and the coaching assessment(s).
• 1 - Administration & Interpretation of Core Assessment as applicable.
• 3 - Coaching Sessions at 1.5 hours each (1 per week).
• 9 - Weekly group accountability sessions at  1.5 hours each.
• 1 - Offline individual plan assessment.
