3 Month Business Leader & Team Development Program Includes:

The Business Leader & Team Development process is a custom program which benefits Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs by enhancing their leadership skills, creating a focused business plan, and strategically developing a support team that insures achievement of success goals. Pricing is for groups of 12 people or less.

• 1 - 60 Minute call for purpose of orientation and completion of the coaching contract.
• 1 - Administration & Interpretation of Core Assessment(s) as applicable.
• 4 - Coaching sessions at 1.5 hours each, (1 per week) which include an assessment interview jointly preparing the business leadership MAP, and strategic development of a support team for successful goal achievement.
• 8 - Weekly accountability sessions at 45 minutes each to support implementation of the coaching plan and support successful outcomes.
